WyeDelta is a premier provider of luxury vehicle amenity services that delivers private, curated microfleets of electric vehicles to premier Class-A office buildings, commercial centers, and residential condo buildings and townhouse communities.
Rather than waiting in line and renting a conventional car at a rental counter, WyeDelta offers a private and easy car rental experience. WyeDelta deploys vehicles from our 100% luxury electric fleet located at 200 Clarendon Street in Boston. We deliver a seamless onsite rental amenity that is tailored to fit the requirements of any property. WyeDelta offers exclusive access to next-generation, autonomous electric vehicles to those individuals who work and live at the properties we serve, providing car renters with access to cutting-edge automotive technology and mobility.
WyeDelta vehicles are not available to the general public—they are only provided as a dedicated, private amenity to those who work or live at facilities that we serve. If you would like exclusive access to WyeDelta’s fleet of 100% electric luxury vehicles deployed where you work or live, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Visit our website wyedelta.co and find your facility located under the “Locations” tab. On each location page, you can view all electric vehicles available for rent, and can easily make a reservation via desktop computer or mobile device.
All WyeDelta car rental reservations are managed by our third-party booking website, Turo, which is the industry-leading car-sharing platform. Once you have selected which WyeDelta vehicle you are interested in renting, simply complete your reservation on the Turo booking platform.
WyeDelta uses the industry-leading third-party car-sharing platform, Turo, to complete all luxury vehicle reservations. Anyone who is reserving a WyeDelta luxury vehicle must comply with Turo’s minimum eligibility requirements:
The location for where to pick up keys to your vehicle depends on which location you are renting the car from—each WyeDelta location is different. On wyedelta.co, navigate to the specific location page for where you plan to pick up your vehicle. That location page has information for where to pick up your keys. You can also review the reservation confirmation email that was sent to the email address you provided when you booked your car rental through Turo. If you have any questions about where to pick up your rental car keys, please email us as email@example.com.
All vehicle charging (energy only) is included during the reservation period. In general, the vehicle can be charged at any ChargePoint station with the provided ChargePoint charging card. If you have reserved one of our Tesla vehicles (Model 3, Model S, or Model X), you also have access to Tesla’s network of Supercharger stations. Charging stations can be found using the PlugShare App, which can be downloaded in the App Store and Google Play.

Note: At charging stations located in high-demand areas, please be aware that you may incur ‘idle fees’ if the vehicle remains plugged after charging is complete. Before leaving the vehicle to charge, check to see if the station has an idle fee (either on the station display or on the PlugShare App). If the station has an idle fee, the grace period to move the vehicle after charging in order to avoid the fee is normally very short – e.g. 5 minutes. Therefore, plan your activities in such a manner that you are able to return when the vehicle has finished charging. Parking fees and charging station idle fees incurred during the reservation period will not be covered by WyeDelta.
In the interest of maximizing the availability of charging infrastructure, please don’t park the vehicle in a reserved charging spot unless you are actively charging the vehicle, and don’t leave the vehicle in the space for extended periods of time after charging has completed. Electric vehicle charging stations and spaces are valuable, and you may incur idle fees in certain high-demand areas (which are not covered by WyeDelta).
The range of each vehicle in the WyeDelta fleet will vary based on the size (capacity) of the vehicle’s battery. We use the EPA-rated range in all of our listings, however there are other factors that can affect range. Three of the most significant are vehicle speed, climate control settings, and environmental conditions/terrain. A brief description of each is provided below:
Our vehicles must be reserved for a minimum of 24 hours through our online booking platform, Turo. However, shorter reservation periods can be accommodated should the need arise. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your booking time period requirement with as much advanced notice as possible to give the WyeDelta team enough time to reserve your desired vehicle.
We do not currently offer vehicle delivery or pickup for WyeDelta car rental reservations. Vehicles must be picked up and returned to the same designated WyeDelta location by the person who completed the online booking reservation. Please contact us at email@example.com should vehicle delivery or pickup be absolutely necessary for an upcoming reservation. Delivery and/or pickup fees will apply.
All WyeDelta vehicles come with generous mileage allowances included at no charge for each reservation, however, those limits do vary based on vehicle make and model. Included mileage is shown on each vehicle listing page. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with questions.
When completing your WyeDelta reservation on the Turo platform, you will be given several insurance options, through Turo, which are described below. The decision to purchase addition coverage is at the sole discretion of the person making the reservation.
In the event of vehicle damage, an accident, or vehicle theft, please notify the appropriate parties (i.e., the local or state police, WyeDelta, etc.) as soon as possible. In all circumstances where a vehicle is damaged, stolen, or involved in an accident, these incidences should be reported within 24 hours of when the incident occurred.
When contacting WyeDelta, please provide as much detail as possible regarding the incident (date, time, exact location, number of parties involved, any and all relevant details about the accident and/or damage and/or theft, etc.)—and email all information to email@example.com.
